At the same time, small and mid-sized companies are also calling and wanting her to set up email and e-newsletter campaigns for them.  Although she’s too expensive for these companies’ more modest marketing budgets, she thinks this is a great opportunity for her unemployed marketing colleagues to create a career for themselves.
