Women are so caught up with their families and everyone else's need that we do overlook our lives and the need to take care of ourselves. We were taught that as children. Girls are to care for the well being of everyone around us. We do need to take care of our bodies, and mind and spirit so that we can address the needs and cares of those around us. I agree.
