Let the Magic of the Numbers help you work it all out!

How many hats do women wear? Do you know your true purpose in life and do you understand just the right hat that suits your personality? With the many hats women wear today, do you really understand if you know the real you? Are you a good mother, good sister, friend, wife, auntie, daughter-in-law, employee, employer, confidante and many other hats that fit your lifestyle?

Are your needs at the bottom of the pile, and do you do everything that is expected of you, simply because that’s what you do! Is your inner voice saying when is it time for me? Have you lost your vision for your future as your journeyed along life’s mysterious road? Many women today have lost sight of their true purpose in life simply because they don’t give themselves the luxury of ‘time out’ as they are too busy organising everyone else’s life. Wearing so many hats and taking on so many ‘roles’ in your life changes your identity and blurs just who you are and what your purpose in life really is. The problem lies in knowing when to include ‘me’ in the plan and how to back away from being the full-time ‘everything to everyone’ and wearing so many hats you lose site of your own vision.

What Suzanne Hammond does today is assist clients to re-write their own story and learn how to dance to their own tune making it the reality it was at five, ten or twenty years of age, before they adorned their heads with all of the hats. If you wear a ‘business’ hat, ask yourself if you are in the right business to suit your personality or the best personal hat to give you the advantage, both financially and personally. It’s all a matter of being in the right place at the right time. The answers to these many questions can be answered by one of Australia’s leading Numerologists. The following information will give you an insight into who you really are and is obtained by simply adding all the digits of your birth date until you reach a single number. That outlines your Personality and Life Lessons and gives you an insight into your identity and what you are here to achieve. First you need your birth date.

Eg: 21st May 1960 = 2+1+5 (May being the fifth month) +1+9+6+0 =24. Then add 2+4=6. This person is a 6 personality. Another example: 17th June 1988. 1+7+6+1+9+8+8=40. 4+0=4

1 ADULT: THE LEADERS
Independent, active, courageous, original and ambitious. This number is the leader of the pack and likes to be free of all encumbrances so that their independence will can be expressed freely. They will always be called on for help and guidance as other people feel a sense of protection surrounding this person. They work best alone and are usually efficient and well organised. A loner, their independence sets them apart from the crowd and they must accept this as they do like to stand out and be different.
A negative 1 will have an overpowering ego, which could result in an arrogant, selfish, uncaring person, so watch for that fault and always keep other people’s feelings in mind. The 1 has the power of leadership, so don’t abuse it as it is a real talent. Often a 1 personality stays in a relationship for a long time, because they are afraid to be alone or afraid to be independent. Until complete balance is evident in their life they are unable to stand alone on their own two feet.
This number may often be answerable to their partner, can be easily pushed around, or may give in for the sake of peace. It may take thirty years for the 1 person to find a balance or direction in their life or to acquire enough confidence to speak up for themselves and to make a stand – not necessarily physically, but emotionally.

2 ADULT: THE MEDIATORS
A very persuasive person who has to learn to become the friendly social mixer, a person who will always play the supportive role to the leader as this is where they can be most beneficial. A 2 person gains great satisfaction from helping other people attain their goals and their role is behind the scenes (the power behind the throne, so to speak). They are very intuitive and considerate. This quality is most important in the business field where their talents will help those in power, because of their ability to analyse both sides of the situation. They will be extremely important in a group situation or in a partnership, as this is where they are able to put the talents of the mediator into action. They like to bring people together for a common cause as they are very considerate of other people’s opinions. A 2 person is a diplomat/peacemaker, but may find decisions difficult to make as they are always able to see both sides of an issue. Service is a 2 person’s speciality, and sorting out problems in a diplomatic way. If negative, a 2 lacks self-confidence and is very indecisive. Over-sensitivity and depression will arise from negative thoughts. Home situations are important to the 2 person as they do not handle stress well and can’t work in chaos or a negative atmosphere.

3 ADULT: THE COMMUNICATORS
This number belongs to a person who is artistic, imaginative, expressive, optimistic and happy. Their lesson in life is to be totally self-expressive and artistic. Whatever endeavours they undertake, it must be expressed in their own creative way. They represent beauty, harmony and love. This number should be careful not to scatter their energies too widely, as they have to specialise in artistic, religious or inventive pursuits. A 3 will feel trapped if restricted as they dislike routine. They may not work as well in a partnership as they would like to because their best results come from working alone. The 3 is intelligent and belongs to the people. The most outgoing of all the numbers, they are often frustrated because of their unfulfilled talents. Charming and charismatic people, communication is vital to a 3, as is laughter. They dislike being isolated from people close to them, but work well under stress as they find stress mentally stimulating. This number belongs to the performing arts and is a person who loves life and loves to be the centre of attention. A 3 is not afraid to take risks in life. A negative 3 person goes after life in a big way, to the point of self-indulgence and extravagance and this may be their downfall. They can be lazy at times and insensitive to others’ feelings.

4 ADULT: THE ORGANISORS
The 4 person is here to build a solid life for themselves and for those dependent on them. Trustworthy, practical, dignified and tenacious, they demand organisation and a well-ordered system of conduct and morals. Where the 3 is related to the things of the mind, the 4 is related to the physical. The 4 person often sees life and other things in black and white so administration and management suit the 4. They like their home to conform in the same manner as work. Disorganisation creates disharmony in their life. All of their decisions are made with sound practical reasoning. Negative 4 people are stubborn, repressive and narrow-minded and can make life a drudgery with their sterile attitudes. They can also become very boring and fixed in their thinking. The 4 person is a very hard worker, who works all his or her life to build an empire and often collects a healthy superannuation. They enjoy hard work, especially physical work. The public service or armed forces are suitable areas of work for the 4 person as they need to work in secure environment.

5 ADULT: THE FREEDOM LOVERS
The 5 person must hold the reins of their life in their own hands, only then will they accomplish wonders. They cannot and will not be limited. They would make great Peace Corps volunteers as they love to travel and experience life in full. Great communicators who draw many people to them because they can lighten others’ lives. They shine when dealing with the public, but hard labour is not the forte of the 5, so they should use their minds and mental talents. They are here to promote change in themselves and in those they come in contact with. The 5 persons’ travels expose them to varied experiences which they then teach to others. Versatile, clever and adaptable, a 5 person can do anything they want, but dislike monotony and routine. As a constructive 5, they reach great heights and depths without harm. There is no limit to what they can do in a professional capacity. They have inexhaustible energy, possess a quick mind, and are versatile, happy, sensuous, adventurous, progressive and free souls. A negative 5 person is aggressive, self-indulgent, inconsistent and irresponsible.

6 ADULT: THE HEALERS & TEACHERS
Responsible, unselfish, conscientious, tolerant and humane. The main lesson for a 6 to learn is a sense of responsibility for family and community. As 6 is the love vibration, this person is here to help others and to correct injustices. They like to ease the burdens of those around them as they are very compassionate souls. They are among the people who like to serve, teach and comfort humanity. These people love their homes and families and often marry quite young. Peace and harmony are important to a 6. These people make excellent parents, as they offer unconditional love and protection. They usually have beautifully decorated homes, furnished by themselves. Because of their generosity, kindness and patience, they have many friends. A negative 6 can be stubborn and a slave to those around them, often burying themselves in the home to become a recluse. If denied the love they so badly need, they indulge in self-pity and become a pain in the neck for all those around them. They can be egotistic, domineering and self-righteous. 6 stands for justice and are very family and community conscious.

7 ADULT: THE INVESTIGATORS & SPEAKERS

Trustworthy, reserved, affectionate, analytical and dignified, a 7 person’s sole purpose in this life is to use their mind and their words are words of wisdom. Very intuitive people, they are usually an enigma to others and even to themselves at times. They are readers, thinkers and meditators. The 7 person likes to delve into the occult and into metaphysics; they are also interested in religion and research and are often found in the healing fields. This number likes to be alone to spend time in the country or by the sea. A 7 is not particularly interested in the material world, as their needs go beyond that. Poetry and music stimulate their souls. People of this vibration are very spiritual, possessing great healing powers. The positive 7 is very perceptive, cultured, compassionate and wise, whilst the negative 7 is gloomy, lonely and could become a hermit, disillusioned with the world and what it has to offer. Often talents deep within them lie dormant for half their lives, but they will eventually surface if given the chance. Personal experience is vital for the 7 person. Many times in their lives they will ignore advice or judgements made on them by the experts in order to find out for themselves. The motto of the 7 person is “I like to learn but I hate to be taught”. There is tremendous rebellious streak in the 7 person if they are not treated with respect, but if they use these attributes positively the 7 person is capable of great things in life and were often adepts or masters in a past life.

8 ADULT: THE BANKERS & EXECUTIVES
The 8 person is called ‘the inheritor’ because this number usually inherits money, power or position, and sometimes all three. They have idealistic, forceful minds and a tremendous vitality and sense of what the public needs and how to provide it. They work hard and play hard because they enjoy strenuous activity. They have a great deal of personal charm and are attractive to both sexes. The 8 has many interests and could succeed in any number of professions. Emotional balance is important for them, plus they need stability to control their dynamic energy to achieve success. Travel is an outlet for their tremendous vitality because it satisfies their need for freedom and action. An 8 person may meet opposition during their lifetime, however they will be prepared. Inner strength, power and a healthy body gives them the tools to defend their position. The negative 8 produces doubt, unreasonableness and unbending judgement; hence they become self-indulgent and undisciplined which brings on weakness, ill-health, and many bitter emotional exchanges. .

9 ADULT: THE HUMANITARIANS & PERFECTIONISTS

Compassionate, generous, humanitarian, philosophical, idealistic and benevolent describe the 9. A lover of humanity, patient and kind. They need to show others the way in life by sharing those God-given talents. The marrying type, they are strong in love and compassion. Wealth is easily attained, from the choice of many professions such as education, medicine, writing and lecturing. Communications and the Foreign Service attract the 9. As they desire to live the ideal life, they often place great difficulties in their own path. The ideal life is very hard to attain therefore they have many hurdles to overcome. They also need to learn tolerance. A 9 is very psychic, intuitive, wise and perceptive and like to delve into the mysteries of life. They may be destined to be loners as their wisdom sets them apart from the crowd. They are the teachers of the universe and need to live a totally unselfish life. Material security is not important to a 9 but money comes easy to them. They are deep thinkers and very analytical. A negative 9 is self-serving, selfish, quick-tempered and a formidable enemy.

  1. Women are overworked and exhausted. Every now and then, we need to recognize and thank the women in our lives for all their efforts. Let her know she’s an angel with an angelic gift from http://www.thegiftangel.com

They have 1000’s of gifts and you can custom create your own gift basket. They also carry the ever popular Willow Tree Angels & Figurines. This business was started and is run by a female entrepeneur.

  2. I agree. Women are so caught up with their families and everyone else’s need that we do overlook our lives and the need to take care of ourselves. We were taught that as children. Girls are to care for the well being of everyone around us. We do need to take care of our bodies, and mind and spirit so that we can address the needs and cares of those around us.

  3. As a long-time member of NAWBO, I’ve noticed a strong trend of change in our members. Chicago has the largest chapter, so I’ve had opportunity to get to know other women business owners in all sectors.
The change is that we all keep adding more and more hats to our business wardrobe! It used to be that I was just a graphic designers. But now I am a creativity consultant, author, speaker, workshop facilitator, and publisher. Everyone seems to be sprouting multiple revenue streams—assisted by the advance of technology.
One of my greatest business challenges is the gear-shifting required of such a multi-faceted Things to Do List!
